Things that separate us from the competition;

  • We are small and agile and focused on serving a few select customers, we don't want to be the biggest, just the best!
  • We don't give up when the recruiting gets tough as many other firms do (you know who they are, they accept your requisition then ghost you)
  • We expect communication and feedback from our customers. Without it, our engagement will be short lived :)
  • We do not recruit from our customers, period! I've seen large recruitment firms recruit employees from their client base because they have grown too large in one sector and they use the excuse "well they applied to our posting so that make sit ok" 
  • We pride ourselves on on advocating for both the client and the candidate, if the fit is not there, it's best for both parties to walk away
  • We keep our overhead low to pass on those savings to our clients
